Purpose​
This article will guide you through our billing policies including Service Suspensions.
Service Suspensions​
We will suspend your service if no payment is made. Your service will be suspended at 12:00 PM.
In order to remove a Payment Suspension, you must make a payment within 15 days to avoid your service being terminated
Your service may be suspended for other reasons, such as network abuse. Please see your email for more details, and contact us for a resolution.
Service Terminations​
After 15 days of a no payment suspension, your service will be terminated.
When your service is terminated all files will be deleted.
Backups are available for up to 14 days after a termination. Contact us for more info.
You will not be able to recover the service after a termination. PloxHost is NOT liable for any loss of data.
